Is your child always asking questions about the world? Are they fascinated by the ocean and the animals that live within it? Do they want to change the world and make it a better place? Budding conservationists aged 7 to 12 are invited to join the MUI team for our Junior Marine Biology program!
Young ocean lovers will complete exciting science experiments, explore the ocean in snorkeling adventures, and learn to make their own conservation videos. MUI has designed 13 different sessions on different skills and specialties and have crafted many more for you to choose when you want more.

In 2020, due to travel restrictions from the global pandemic, Six Senses Laamu underwent a temporary closure. In response to missing guests and understanding the constraints of home schooling and lockdowns around the world, the MUI team created a free online alternative to the Junior Marine Biology program. This course consists of 10 weeks worth of classes using bitesize videos and interactive activities which are individually marked by the MUI team. The course will remain online indefinitely and can be done at any time, so what are you waiting for- dive right in!
